In the summer of 2008, Crestwood began to change to Person Centered Care. Only 2% of Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Unites States have tried this approach to care.  Instead of programs dictating care, each patient determines their own care and routine.  You eat when you want, wake up when you want, you determine your activities.  Your nursing assistant has fewer people to care for a they stay with you during your stay at Crestwood.
