Jim Park, Administrator, has been in longterm care for 15 years. Jim came to Crestwood in 2010. He currently resides in the Ashville area with his wife Carolyn, and 4 children, Lauren, Gabrielle, Samantha, Olivia and Great Dane, Marley. |
 | Angie Rhoades, Director of Nursing
Angie Rhoades, Director of Nursing, has been with Crestwood Care Center since 2008. She graduated from Southern State Community College with an Associates Degree in Nursing. Angie is the mother of 6 children and has been a lifetime resident of the local community. |
 | Chrissy Karnes, Business Office Manager
Chrissy Karnes, Business Office Manager has been in Medical billing since she was 18 years old. She has been with Provider Services since 2008, has 2 children and 6 grandchildren. She currently resides in Mount Sterling. |
 | Amanda Bigger, Director of Marketing/Admissions
Amanda Dawn Bigger, Director of Marketing, has been with Crestwood Care Center since 2010. She has been working in senior care in Highland County for over 7 years. She was raised in Hillsboro and has spent the last 25 years serving the community she knows and loves. Amanda resides in New Vienna, Ohio with her husband; Mark and two boys, Carson, and Keagan. |
 | Marie Scott, MDS/LPN
Marie Scott, LPN/MDS, has been a nurse at Crestwood Care Center since 1999. She has performed many different duties; such as, primary care nurse, wound care nurse, QA nurse, restorative nurse, and currently MDS nurse. She has been a nurse for 26 years and graduated from Southern State Community College. Marie has been a member of the comment for over 20 years. She is the mother of 2 daughters, 2 step daughters, and 2 stepsons. She has several grandchildren and enjoys spending time with her family. Crestwood is very special to Marie and she enjoys being a part of the residents and their families lives. |
 | Lois Bowers, Activity Director
Lois Bowers, Activities Director, began working at Crestwood Care Center in November, 2010. She enjoys planning and preparing activities for the residents and finds her job to be very fulfilling and rewarding. Before coming to Crestwood, she worked as an activity director assistant. Lois resides in Washington Court House with her husband, Larry, is the mother of four children and grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren. She sings lead in a gospel music group, teaches a Sunday School class at her church, and enjoys gardening, sewing, hiking, baking, and singing. |
 | Tom McConkey, Regional Environmental Service Director
Tom McConkey, Regional Environmental Service Director has been with Crestwood Care Center since 2010. He was previously a material manager in plastics for 22 years. He was raised in Fayette County then moved to Grove City for 13 years and returned to his hometown at which he now resides in Washington Court House. Tom has one daughter, Josie which is 12. |
 | Marcy Christophel, Dietary
Marcy Christophel, Dietary is Native and has been with Crestwood Care Center for 5 years. She has brought with her 25 years of food services, her previous work at the Highland County Senior Center for 10 years she helped with many events and banquets. She is a true asset to our Care Center. Marcy resides in Lynchburg for almost 30 years with her husband; Jerry and 3 Daughters, Rosa, Daisy, and Jessica who has 3 of Marcy's grandchildren. |
 | Lexie McCann, Social Service Designee/LPN
Lexie McCann has been a Licensed Practical Nurse for 22 years. She has been at Crestwood since 2008 and was previously a long term care floor nurse for 7 years, a Home Health Nurse for 12 years, worked at hospital as a nurse and STNA for 3 years and was an STNA for 8 years. She enjoys helping others. She resides in the Peaceful Community of the Tranquility Wildlife Area with her Husband and youngest daughter. She has 2 daughters, one step-son, one step-daughter, and 9 beautiful grandchildren. |
